(Edited May 08th by sp8383) I had an intial bad feeling with my purchase, but I did get contated by their sales people who worked hard to get me what I requested when a light arrived broken. I was promptly refunded my money and they were very curtious. I appreciate the way they went above and beyond to make me a satified customer. That is hard to find with eCommerce stores. |

Great shopping experience. I ordered a different lighting fixture, but the merchant contacted me and told me that it was no longer in stock or available. They said that they would give me a discount if I chose any other lighting fixture from them. I chose the bronze Maxim bowl lighting fixture for my informal dining area and it looks great. It provides good lighting and the glass bowl is frosty with different specks of color and looks of high quality. When I saw the picture, I thought there were 2 designed bar on top of the glass bowl, but there are 3. On one side there's 1 designed bar, and the opposite side has 2-designed bar. I guess that's just the design of the lighting fixture, but from the side, you can't tell at all. It looks like there are only 2 designed bars facing one another. Great customer service and fast shipping. I will buy from this merchant again. |

From several light fixtures I was researching, Direct Buy Lighting had good prices (a couple of other website were slightly cheaper, but no reviews of the companies). I settled on one design and ordered 3 chandeliers. The representative gave me a time frame of 10 days to 2 wks (they have to order from the manufacturer), but I was called a couple of days later from the freight company to set up delivery. So the lights were delivered within a week of ordering. I had checked at a couple of local lightling stores: their prices were 50% higher plus additional shipping (10-20%), a 20-25% restocking fee, and estimated delivery was 4-6 weeks. |

Direct Buy Lighting was the only vendor we could find this lamp. The price we paid was better than what we paid for the original Quoizel lamp. We liked it so much we wanted another, but could not find it until we cam e upon Direct Buy Lighting. |

I am really happy with the order I have placed with this company. Nathan was my sales rep and was really helpful in what I needed to order and had a lot of patience. I have purchased a chandelier Fleur De Lis 9 Light by ELK Lighting, Inc. the way he described the chandelier was exactly like id pictured it to be. Direct buy lighting also had really fast delivery it came 4 days before it was really supposed to arrive I had thought that they expediting my shipping for no additional cost. Me and my husband were also a little spectacle about purchasing such a chandelier online but we saw it in a store for almost double the price so we took our chances trusting them with our credit card number and had no problems so that was another plus. I would definitely recommend and purchase from them again. |
