Marcos from CS or shipping called me to verify my address since my billing address and shipping were different. Because of the call my order didn't make it in the usps so he put it with ups instead so I would get it as planned I thought he went abover and beyone and was very nice. |

Lower prices than on other sites on MANY items, better deals, faster service, better service, free shipping on many items, discounted shipping as you add more items often times adding an item actually makes shipping less. Absolutely outstanding service compared to other competitors who have dropped the ball when it comes to the old views of "Customer fisrt" and "customer satisfaction". A front panel on a computer case once came damaged from shipping and they actually called me personally the very next day after placing an RMA request to say that a new one was already on the way, no hassles, no protesting annoying gnarly female trying to find a reason to say NO, just FAST cooperative service (they DO have sweet, polite ladies on their customer service help desk though), Their "standard" leaves CompUSA and Newegg standing soaking wet, and I can't say enough about checking Directron.com FIRST before buying elsewhere, leaving you with that "Aw nah" feeling if you don't! |

I hadn't heard of Directron, but I was comparison shopping using Google's "Shopping" link, and found that they had an item that I had been trying to buy for over a month (there were some merchants who had the item in stock at a markup, but other sites had it on back-order). The thousands of positive reviews persuaded me to buy from Directron, and they did not disappoint, as the item was shipped quickly. |

Great Seller!!! I bought my first item from them and it was DOA, so I was VERY discouraged, but upon letting them know about the issue they went out of their way - WAY above and beyond what I would have ever expected - to get the situation sorted out and get me a working replacement. The experience working with the team at Directron almost makes me glad the prodiuct was defective because now I have a TON of confidence that when I purchase something from them I'm going to get good service. this is a pretty good website and the items came packaged pretty nicely but my biggest problem is the shipping rates (something i dont have a problem with newegg or amazon) |
