I received notification of a refund for the purchased product, according to PayPal (on 20 Nov 2009). The seller's conduct and service were excellent. Limited Windows Updater downloads and odd pc glitches led me to discover a Windows Genuine Advantage crack someone installed on the disk. Looks like I have to pay microsoft $150, so much for trying to save a couple of bucks. But as long as the seller refunded me he's a good merchant.
