The correct hardware needed to do the installation was not included. After spending over 2 hours with customer service and emailing pics of the original and new lamp, I asked to get authorization to send the lamp back...I was hit with a 25% re-stocking fee. After the 2nd dead wheel arrived with no connector on it, you think they'd send another without me having to get irate, but no. I even sent in pictures. 2 of the 3 color wheels were missing the protective cable sleeve as well! Selling used/bad parts as new? Fraud? I wasn't sure if I could use a cleaner on it. I called DM's tech support and had the answer within minutes. Got the smudge removed. Everything worked Great. These people sent me a 5200 lamp in a 5100 box. i called to complain and was told not to worry that the 5100 and 5200 were the same. Wrong!! I finally got them to agree to send me another lamp. This time they sent me a 5300 lamp. I called back and never once heard a "sorry for the inconvience". They agreed to agaian send me the right lamp. This time it was the samething, 5200 lamp in a 5100 box. At this point I had been out of TV for a week so I opted for the refund. When they refunded my money I was stuck with the $30 shipping charges even though they were the ones that made the mistake (3 times). The only mistake I ever made was dealing with this company. The fact they refuse to give me a total refund shows you what kind of cpany they truly are	Overall Rating

I placed the order on Monday, and used their paypal option. After 24 hours, I had no feedback, and thier site still said "processing". I then called to be informed that thier 3rd party source for paypal sometimes has issues. Fine. I told then Gentleman to call me back in 5 minutes as I was at work and needed to get my CC. I received a call back 45 mins later in which i was driving so I was unable to answer. I then went online the next day and paid via CC. After another 24 hours It still said "Processing" again. I contacted them again, and they said they needed the security number. No call, no email, I guess I am supposed to contact them to find out issues. I then asked for at least upgraded shipping seeing that It has taken 4 days just to get processed, and I get told that the issues were mine and I would have to pay for upgraded shipping. Stay away unless you want a hassle.	Overall Rating

The gentleman was able to answer my questions and reassure me that all products are brand new and not refurbished. He stated the bulbs are not Generic but authentic Philips bulbs which carry a 6 month warranty. I can not rate the merchant yet because I have not received the product yet but so far so good.
