The site has great prices and seems to have extremely high standards for retail sales store. The only thing that I think could be improved would be a more organized site with subcategories under the product categories. |

Very good experience, the only thing that threw me off a little was, when I entered my billing address, I thought for a moment it was going to switch and use that address for shipping, just the way the page is set up. Great otherwise! I liked how it explained in detail exactly which drive bay I needed for what kind of drive. |

I received the drive trays I needed to get a system back online, at the expected time and they were of good quality and what I needed. I especially liked the "order clock" they show next to items, that if you order it by a certain time you will receive it by a specfic time. For time-critical needs like fixing systems, this was very useful. There shipping costs were also quite reasonable, which is something I watch for. |
