SLOW. Ordered a pair of shoes on Tuesday, via $60 express shipping, and did not receive them until Monday of the following weak. Horrible service...in the world of discount golf equipment, you can do much better. |

(Edited April 19th by BooChaBoo) I ordered on April 9th with hope to receive item by April 16 - you'd think that would be PLENTY of time with expedited shipping. It took almost 2 weeks to get clubs. They didn't stock the clubs (web site said IN STOCK), so they had to go thru manufacturer - I could have done that! I was told that manufacturer was out of pitching wedges which held up the order, but when I called manufacturer directly to get answers, they cross referenced my order and said that was not the case (laughed at me being told that) but that they didn't receive the order until April 13th. I PAID for expedited shipping via Fed Ex to speed the process but they sent them UPS Ground which was free anyway. I will not suggest this merchant to any of my MANY golfing friends. |
