Maybe there is no tax, asit isn't mentioned on the invoice--but if it gets charged I will be audited by our acct. dept. and be very annoyed. But no problem so far. As far as shipping dates, I found nothing. I also clicked on the 'details' of shipping charges and was unhelpfully only brought to the bottom of the page. I suppose it listed the way to contact a service rep, but isn't the point of ordering online the convenience of not being put on hold by people in prison, India, or just some evil Telemarketing firm?
