Shipping is great you get your item right away BUT if you decide to return your item the free shipping is no longer free they take it off your refund never heard of this policy before very unhappy will never buy from them again FREE SHIPPING IS NOT ACTUALLY FREE |

didnt like the product wanted to return the item cost me $229 but if i had to return pay $69.36 for shipping which i got it for free shipping initially, so i had to pay 69.36 and to ship it back another $40. so had to pay $110 for item i didnt like very poor policy will never shop here again |

We can't stop talking around the office about how AMAZING Discount Office Items is!!! Your website is incredibly user-friendly. The selection and quality of products is fantastic. The speed of delivery is phenomenol. Orders placed at 3pm are at our door before 10am the next day! And, best of all, the PRICES are unbelievably LOW! We never cease to be amazed at the price compared to the Big Box store we have used for way too many years. We have only found a few items where prices are higher or items are unavailable. But my experience with Customer Service has proved them to be flexible on some pricing and helpful when searching for hard to find items. Over all we rate Discount Office Items a 15! |

I absolutely love shopping at this online store! It's so easy to find exaclty what I need. The prices are lower than anywhere else. Product availability is very good. Shipping time is very fast. The site is very well organized. And I was very pleasantly surprised to see that my invoice was available as a very professional looking PDF file! For many years I have been shopping on the internet and after each purchase I have had to convert my receipt, invoice, or confirmation email into a PDF file for storage on my computer.
