Extremely fast shipping and literally unbeatable prices! You cannot find prices like this for new equipment let alone used (ie: ebay). I know they have cheaper prices but there is a reason for it...you are better off going with a company like Musicians Friend. BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH A COMPANY WITH NO PHONE!	Overall Rating

Emails were never answered, and they have no phone number. you can't contact them, and they don't respond to emails, so you are just out of luck. They took the money fast, but responding to inquiries has not been a priority. Horrible customer service!! DJ Deals.com has the best pricing on the internet,,, my guess is that they run their business very lean with low overhead and they do not carry any inventory. they rely on their vendors and if communication line breaks down somewhere, it can lead to complaints from customers with higher expectations. after spending hours on their website, it appears that you just need to simply follow their directions and instructions, have some courtesy, and they will respond within 24 hours. i'm okay with that as long as i am not in a "rush" situation. i intend to order from them again!!! I contacted merchant on 2/26 inquiring about product, which hadn't arrived, and was informed it was out of stock. Having paid for product on 2/14, no communication was then received from merchant until 6/26 when product was delivered.
