I had to make two attempts to get my order placed. The website came back with a strange error message after I'd gone through the entire order process and was waiting for confirmation. I decided to call DEW to check whether they could see an order. The woman I reached was very nice and I decided to try to place the order online again. It worked and I appreciated her assistance. |

I was looking for a roll of tracing paper for drafting. I checked several sites and this company had the best prices. It was also 1 of just a few that I found that even has this product. In the past I have ordered from here and had to speak on the phone with the company directly. They have always been more than helpful. |
