I wanted to pay paypal, but noticed when I was taken to paypal that I had switched the shippin gand billing addressses. so I back paged and corrected. But then I could not continue. Every time I hit continue it would just re show the address page and say to click continue. I did this maybe three times, making what I thought would be needed changes, like usa phone number, etc. Nothing worked. I finally changed my billing method to credit card and was able to complete the order |

The paypal process was not smooth. Too much back and forth between paypal and vendor, and information not transferred properly. |

Have purchased from this merchant before and products are of good quality. Out of stock notices are poor because the color font they choose does not show up well against a white background. Overall, is a good merchant and I will purchase again from this merchant. |

The website is very good, very easy to use and fast to load. It's not over done and design wise the simpleness is very appealing. Showing a picture of each product by colour is excellent and very important some of these links were broken. Ie I clicked on one colour but the large picture pop up was of a different colour. Super easy to add a product to the cart and view the cart practically seamless. I also liked the gift wrapping option. However when I tried to figure out the shipping rates it told me the rates and the size of box it would come in but not how many days it would take for my location leaving me wondering which to choose and further being worried that if I tried to go back and change my shipping choice I'd lose all my info. I didn't but it's definitely a concern since I hate retyping this info once I've entered it once. Overall very good but not quite excellent. |
