I had an order placed on February 22, 2012 for prescription eye glasses. The glasses were mailed to me without the prescription -- I rejected the package and have been trying since to reach dreamshades via email, phone and chat and I have yet to receive a response about the status of my order. I will never EVER shop here again. Terrible customer service. Dreamshades oh how I love you!! It's definitely the place where I can find just about any sort of shades!!! Usually shipping is good and the item is reasonable priced, so it's definitely my go to when I don't know where to find a decent present for friends. Thanks Dreamshades! |

Dreamshades.com - what more can I say about it that hasn't been said already? I and my friend have been buying glasses from Dreamshades many times and have never, not once, had a negative experience. I realize that now, with the various sellers, there's some more risk, but I tend to avoid those and go straight for the shades sold by Dreamshades. |

Great place to get yourselves a perfect pair of glasses. Their selection of products is enormous. They respond to emails and ship items fairly quickly. They also pack things very well and I have never received any damaged goods. Overall, an excellent place to buy gorgeous shades. |

im totally satisfied with Dreamshades. I think this is the only one online store that i can trust 99% *Since i havent found any dissatisfaction*. The shipment is really fast, and they replied my questions kinda fast as well. The items always come in perfect condition. This website is of perfection!!! |

I am VERY IMPRESSED with your website!!! I purchased a pair of VERY rare shades from your website 2 weeks ago, and you e-mailed me promptly that same day. Your website stated that it would ship in 3-5 business days. It arrived just as you claimed! I have been searching for these shades for my wife, and could not find it ANYWHERE!!! So I was a bit sceptical about purchasing it from you. However, it arrived in PERFECT condition; VERY timely; and the shades are PERFECT!!! |

Amazing site. I have lost count of the number of times I have ordered from them, and every time has been the same wonderful experience. Their prices are very fair and they have a great selection of shades and they have excellent service. They always fulfill your order to your expectations. I’ve got to know about Dreamshades from one of my friends. She praised the website so much that it raised my curiosity. And Dreamshades has actually amazed me to no end with their utterly good services and various styles to choose from. Also, their price is definitely the best one out there. Dreamshades comes with the cheapest price for a pair of brand name glasses, as for mine, I just had to pay 60% the really price with my Rayban. They’re low-priced but the quality is very good. It took about 1 week for the glasses to be shipped to you, but with the price, I think it’s worth. |

NEVER BUY FROM THEM! After I placed my order I got an email saying the frames were out of stock. I asked for a refund and they never responded. I tried calling them but the message says they're unable to answer calls. How do I get my money back????? |

I bought my Ralph Lauren Eyeglasses in Dreamshades.com, I got to admit that I was a little bit unsure because price was far better than competitors and a couple of recent reviews weren't very good... never mind I input my order... After a couple of days I sent a simple question and they answer same day, finally the sent me the tracking info and my original glasses came on time (they originally said 14 days, and that's it). Now I feel very comfortable with dreamshades.com and hoping to buy a new pair of sunglasses from this site!! I really recommend this site. Carlos |

I purchased glasses from here last year and had a great experience. Based upon that experience I ordered a different pair of glasses from their this year (I even wrote a glowing review on here). I purchased them from this website even though they were $20 more than other websites. However, after 11 days I have still not received them, and I haven't even received responses back from them about the status. I ordered late on Oct 7th, and send my prescription information in the next day. I got a response back from them asking for additional information that same day. I provided that information within the hour to them. Based upon my previous experience I sent an email to Dave (appears to be the owners) on the 13th asking for a status update. I got no response. I followed that up by sending another email on the 15th and got no response. I sent another one today, but I doubt I will get a response. I just don't understand this. |

I am overall very dissatisfied with the processing time of my order and the lack of communication. Dreamshades waited over a 5 business days to ship (If they shipped it at all). I have sent multiple emails to customer service regarding my tracking information but have not received a reply. Their website claims that when an item is shipped a confirmation email with tracking number would be sent (I checked the spam folder) but haven't received. The telephone number has never connected me with a person and when I have left voice-mails, no reply was given. I still have not received my order and quite frankly am beginning to lose faith that it will arrive. I am hoping to get this issue resolved because I can see Dreamshades has replied to other dissatisfied customers here. Although the prices are competitive, they are severely lacking in professionalism, timely shipping and customer service. I really wish I would have ordered from a different online seller. |

Buying prescription glasses online isn't something you do everyday, so I was a little hesitant to do so. I went to a few eyeglass places around town and eventually found a pair I liked. They were $245 plus $130 for the lenses I wanted. Not having insurance, I decided I would take the name of the eyeglasses down and see what I could find for prices online. I came across DreamShades.com and purchased a complete pair of eyeglasses for $190 INCLUDING shipping. That is a savings of $185. They arrived and are perfect. David was great and always got back to me in the evenings with responses. Email is the best way to reach them. They will respond and you'll be happy with what you get. |

(Edited December 10th by hiwhatsup) Excellent merchant. I was able to buy a pair of Tiffany & Co sunglasses (TF4002) for $160 less compared to the Tiffany & Co store or Sunglass Hut. I called to check inventory and a real person answered right away. They confirm their inventory took my order over the phone. The person on the phone was really professional. Afterwards I was able to check the status online. They shipped the following day and received a few days later. The sunglasses were very carefully packed and came in perfect condition with all the original packaging (Blue box, cloth sunglass sleeve, leather case, blue certificate card, etc..). The sunglasses were authentic with authentication number micro engraved (not printed like fakes) on right lens. Even the barcoding match on the white sleeve covering and protecting the blue box with a Luxottica Group barcode (Luxottica is contracted to manufacture Tiffany sunglasses). Thanks again, I will be buying all my sunglasses from this store from now on. |
