(Edited July 09th by muratdc) i purchased a Rayban glasses. they sent broken. i shipped back to them with priority mail and spent almost 6 dollars extra from my pocket. and ask to be sent by july 3. they recieved by july 26. and they told me that they could not sent to me by july 3 and if i dont want the item they would refund my money. ipurchased the item almost a
month ago and i havent had yet. i dont recommended..

they told me that they would sent by july 7 and almost 3 days past i did not received the item yet...it has been 1,5 months. Retailer Response (08/15/2008): The item had been inspected prior to packaging by 2 quality control professionals. Unfortunately,the item was damaged while in transit.The customer returned the item and asked for a replacement.Our staff replied stating that the item is on backorder until July 17th and there is no way it can be delivered by July 3,at which point he was offered a refund.Shortly after that,we received a very angry email with insults and very negative comments about our business. Despite the insults the item was shipped on July 18,as soon as it became available and arrived to the destination on July 21.Our staff acted professionally,provided an excellent customer service and support considering the circumstances. All emails were conducted in a timely manner. |

I found a pair of Armani frames I liked at a local optician's showroom for $258 and saw the exact item for $149 at DreamShades (model: 526). Their service and customer communication was very good and the free shipping offer (via USPS) and no sales tax made this a tremendous value. DreamShades gets a big thumbs up! |

I am FURIOUS with DreamShades and ESPECIALLY thier customer service. I placed an order on Oct 3rd. I specified to the salesperson that it was a gift and that it was EXTREMELLY important that I got them by Fri the 10th.The guy told me the product was in stock and that i would DEFINETLEY receive it by Wednesday the 8 or at the LATEST, on Thurs the 9th.I called on Tuesday and Wednesday to check the satus of my order. Apparently, DreamShades is owned and ran by one person because he is the one who I talked to every time I called and he told me he had personally mailed my glasses "three days ago" (on wed) and that I should recieve them "today or tomorrow (on thurs). Well It is Monday of next week (oct 13) and they sill havent arrived. So I had no present to give. Besides that, Dreamshades is now ignoring all my emails I have sent them, (they claim they will answer you in about 30 min in their site. They havent picked up any of the 12 times I called. STAY AWAY from this seller!!!! Retailer Response (10/20/2008): Dear Customer,please accept our sincere apologies for your unpleasant experience with us and we're sorry your friend's gift arrived late.Your order was placed on Friday Oct.3 @9:30pm, which was after our normal business hours.It was shipped within 1-2 business days from the day it was placed.Our free shipping option may take between 7-10 business days.Had we known that you need this product sooner we would've recommended that you go with the express shipping.We didn't find out about that until the Oct. 10 when you called our offices screaming and harassing our staff.Again,had we known about that we would've made sure to deliver it on time.As you can see from our other reviews we try very hard to keep every customer happy and we're really sorry you feel this way. |

Product as discribed on website. Sent with all relevent mech. IE - product details, boxes, cloths. USPS did not update there Tracking info so I thought the glasses were lost. Sent an email to DreamShades who responded promptly. Very pleased - same glasses in numerous NYC retail stores where $90-100 more. |

(Edited December 10th by hiwhatsup) Excellent merchant. I was able to buy a pair of Tiffany & Co sunglasses (TF4002) for $160 less compared to the Tiffany & Co store or Sunglass Hut. I called to check inventory and a real person answered right away. They confirm their inventory took my order over the phone. The person on the phone was really professional. Afterwards I was able to check the status online. They shipped the following day and received a few days later. The sunglasses were very carefully packed and came in perfect condition with all the original packaging (Blue box, cloth sunglass sleeve, leather case, blue certificate card, etc..). The sunglasses were authentic with authentication number micro engraved (not printed like fakes) on right lens. Even the barcoding match on the white sleeve covering and protecting the blue box with a Luxottica Group barcode (Luxottica is contracted to manufacture Tiffany sunglasses). Thanks again, I will be buying all my sunglasses from this store from now on. |
