They stated that they didn't have it in stock yet they took my money and didn't seen to know how to get my money back.They didn't seem to know what they where doing So i will have to wait and screw around with this. As of this writing, Nov 6th, credit has not been posted to my credit card. Matter put in contest with American Express on Nov 3rd. I just want to know if I am getting this product and why it is taking so long if they had this 1 in stock. Driveguys's Response: This order was cancelled within 24 hours due to no stock. Customer emailed ONE MONTH LATER upset they have no hard drive from us. We cancelled it, no further communication was needed. pricegrabber sent an email confirming cancel of order. Unjust feedback! In fact, there were no communcations from Driveguys until I sent an email 3 days after placing the order, asking for a tracking number and a status on the shipment.
