The quality of the merchandise is excellent, ordering on the website only takes a few seconds, merchandise is delivered within a very short time frame. I definitely continue to order from Dr. Jays. |

Great prices, but not happy with customer service. I returned a defective pair of shorts. They would not give me credit, because the price of the shorts was under the amount of a promotional code I used. They could have given me store credit instead. I'll probably shop elsewhere. |

I have placed numerous orders from Dr Jays and I am quite pleased with the service and quality of the products. I operate a clothing store for men, women and children. I manage to sell out of products purchased from Dr Jays within 6 days of operation days. (I sell out of a weekend store that is only open 3 days a week). Dr Jays has made me permanent customer. |

I did not encounter an out of stock product on this visit. This is my first visit, and I found it refreshing to be able to purchase my grandsons shoes and clothing all in one place/visit to this site. He is young, but large for his age and I have lots of trouble finding him almost everything. Thank you for making this so easy and accessible. |
