When I filled out this survey I was asked for my order number. I had to close this window and had trouble getting back to the survey. I also had to enter creit card info twice. On one side it was cheaper, but was making me nervous as FedEx ground has only 1 facility in Toronto area and it's 1 hours away from the city. They have policy to force people to pick the item at their facility when their attempts to deliver the item is not successful. It was strange as their attempts were on day time business day where everybody was at work and not at home. DV Warehouse could have provided another option such as regular mail to Canada which allows receiver to pick the item at nearby post office (and this is completely much more convenient than wasting time to FedEx ground facility), although it might take longer to get to Canada. One of my coworkers suggested using a different browser and I was able to get this order configured. I think you need to put a small disclaimer like other sites do that customers may have better success with other browsers. In this case I used Mozilla Firefox .	Overall Rating
