Took forever for customer service to call me back. They didn't know what they were talking about. They didn't want to give me refund even though I just got the wrong item. I'm ordering several different DV equipments, DV Warehouse can only provide me one. So, I looked for another seller for one stop ordering -- www.bhphotovideo.com, I received all equipments yesterday(4 days delivery time), I'm happy with the good products, prices and services provided by B&H. I checked with my bank, DV Warehouse had billed my order. So, I hope DV Warehouse will cancel the bill soon.	Overall Rating
