First, I have to click on the checkmark box to agree to your license agreement, then I must also not only fill in my credit card information, but select the button way over on the right hand side of the page which says that I am using this credit card to pay. I emailed about this, have not received any answer to date. I feel bad giving a 4 on this because the cpu is great. The purchased email was sent right away, but they never updated the order summary on the web site, so I never knew it shipped til I questioned it. However the pricegrabber popup was VERY annoying and blocked the final tranaction screen! I rate pricegrabber a F, for VERY POOR!!!!	Overall Rating
