The order seemed to process properly and when I returned to the web site later in the day the status was "pending". I checked the web site again on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 and the order was "processing". When I returned on Thursday, October 19, the web ite informed me that the order had been cancelled. I called for clarification and was told the sales person that cancelled the order was just coming on and that I should wait for a call back regarding my order status. When the sales person returned my call, he informed me that the credit card information did not match and that the order was rejected. He also said he called and left a message to inform me of this problem. My response to both is BS and BS again! I order product several times per week as I am a reseller and know how credit cards work. As for the return phone call, there are only trwo of us here and no message was left. BS!	Overall Rating

I emailed about this, have not received any answer to date. I feel bad giving a 4 on this because the cpu is great. The purchased email was sent right away, but they never updated the order summary on the web site, so I never knew it shipped til I questioned it. However the pricegrabber popup was VERY annoying and blocked the final tranaction screen! I rate pricegrabber a F, for VERY POOR!!!!	Overall Rating
