Posted Dec 7, 2005 - This player shipped with beta-level software and has never been updated. There's a Yahoo group that details all the problems. Can't upgrade the hard drive. It's a poor first attempt. Quite amazing how poorly implemented this thing is. I have one and use it, but please RCA...the "date bug" in the software shows that you have some seriously inept programmers--it's embarrassing really.
