I purchased the software presuming it was legitimate. When I registered it with Microsoft I discovered it had been pirated. I had to pay Microsoft double the amount I paid the vendor. Shame on you and eDeals. But, there will not be a shame on me - I will not purchase for anyone associated with Price Grabber or eDeals anytime soon - if ever. |

The product was misrepresented. The description states "Full Product" but instead I was sent an OEM version of the XP operating system. This is unacceptabe for the application I need. I contactd the seller and his only option was to tell me to send it back. |

It took a while for me to get my notebook, but when I finally did I was very satisfied with it. Even though after a day I started getting an error message, some problem with the memory? I am still very happy with it anyway. |

I didn't know that it was going to come without a power cord and charger. That makes a difference. E-deals's Response: It does come with power adapter which was send separately. It should have been or coming to be delivered via FedEx. Please wait for delivery either today or tomorrow. Thanks |
