The software worked, but the experience of getting it there sets new lows for ease-of-use, clarity of instructions and customer service. I suspect that issues are with SonicWALL and not e-IT Store, so am giving them four stars instead of three. Retailer Response (10/30/2007): Thank you for your order! We received it after 6PM on the 23rd when we were closed, then processed it on the 24th and emailed it the same day. We're sorry you had problems installing the code, but would have been happy to help you resolve them if we had been made aware of it. Thank you again for your business! |

The best customer service that I have expereinced with IT purchases. Will purchase from them again. The cutomer service staff went beyond the call of duty to give me registration and serial numbers for the equipement that they were palnning on sshipping so that I could avail the manufacturers promotions before the deadline. |

I've shopped several times at E-ITstore and have always been very satisfied with their service and delivery. My last purchase was for a Content Filter license which is not a shippable item but just a serial number. The number was promptly email to me within a day. |
