They seem to focus on networking and internet products and don't have as broad a range of products as some etailers, but I don't see that as a negative since they have what I am interested in. I had to call to ask a product question and the sales rep I talked to was very knowledgeable about what she was selling. Would recommend them without reservation! |

I can't say enough about this company. Not only did they have the lowest price for what I bought, but they actually called me to make sure it was OK to send an OEM version instead of retail. Because asking me the question added a day to the shipping time, they paid extra for overnight delivery so I would get what I ordered when I ordered it. When my order arrived, it was perfect. What a great experience! Highest recommendation! |

What can I say more than EXCELLANT about their services? Placed 1st order and it was delivered to us within three hours! Placed 2nd order but figured out that is the wrong product (our fault), doing returning with them is no hassell at all! Placed 3rd order to get the right product we need, received them the next day! Great experience in doing these purchases from E-ITStore, will definately come back again and consider it as the first plcae to visit for network hardware! |

E-ITStore.com is a class act. Unlike several other merchants on this site like EZSystems and Memory Dealers, they list their refurbished goods as such, not as new. Friendly and quick customer service. A great experience! |

I'm not the type to ordinarily take the time to post a review when I buy something online. but after making three separate Sonicwall orders from them, I have realized they are the company I would recommend to any friend who wanted networking hardware or software. E-ITStore seems to be one of the few honest places on the net! |

I used E-ITstore to purchase a filtering device for my home computing network. They had the best price out of everyone here on Pricegrabber and it arrived on my doorstep two days after I ordered it. Not bad for UPS ground shipping! A good purchase, I'd recommend E-itstore. |

I bought a sonicwall Pro 100 device, which they had the best price on. Clicking on their name brought me directly to the product on their site, which I liked, because some companies just bring you to their main site and then you have to find the product again. Another click and my item was ordered and that same day I got an email confirmation. I got a Cisco switch from them about ten days ago. The person I spoke to was very polite and helpful. They also had the best price. The switch was shipped the same day and arrived on time. I would definitely buy from them again. |

First time buyer at E-ItStore. I am VERY happy with their service and prices. Shipping was very quick (also reasonably priced). I e-mailed them with a question after ordering and received a personalized (not a generic) response in about 10 MINUTES! E-mail responses that quick are nearly unheard of from a retailer these days. I would not hesitate to order from E-ItStore again. If this is indicative of their usual service, you wont be sorry either. |

Much happier with this company than other sites I have found on here. Everything came just as ordered and the purchase I made on a Wednesday still arrived by the weekend with standard shipping. I also liked the timely reports via email as to order status/shipping. You can't beat these prices or the great customer service. |

I didn't think smaller tech sites had the ability to offer these kinds of services but, E-itstore.com is able to do this in all aspects. I was surprised that my product was here before the expected date, and out of the box and in use in no time. I will defiantly use them in the future. |
