Strengths:

discreet, comfortable, clear digital amplification, easy to use.

Weaknesses:

battery life not as promised.

Posted 3 months ago - I liked the product very much while I was using it. It worked as advertised-good amplification for mild to moderate loss. However, my unit died after two months. I expected with my moderate use that it would last more than twice as long. This would be a good device for someone trying to determine if a hearing aid would be helpful to them. If Songbird offered half price "refills" or exclusive replacement batteries, I would reorder this product. I don't know how many hours I got out of the hearing aid, but it wasn't 400.
