Searched the internet (reading reviews) for days trying to find a cot that would support my size, i.e. 6ft 1in and 270 gravity challenged pounds. Durability and price were a concern. Innovative earth products had the answer for all. Plus the customer service is fantastic. The owner called me personally on a holiday to answer a question. That's service plus! Like shopping at an old time General Store. Very comfortable. |

The prices are good and the product comes with free pillows and side packets which other cots does not include. Although the return policy could have been clearer. |

I explored my options online, including price, product, and so on. The extras here make the higher shipping charge worthwhile. It's also hard to find a cot this high and long. The problem is that the holes in the end pieces don't fit onto the holes on the cot. Made in China. Rory, the customer service guy, is very nice. They should automatically email you the tracking number though. |

I was asked for a postal code when zip code for the shipping price would have been appropriate. When I tried to update my order the program kept adding more instead of giving me what I asked for. Other than those two complications the process went smoothly. |
