Because I am from South America I was requested to send copies of passport, credit card and a debit authorization. This is unacceptable. I FELT VEY BAD and the only reason I proceeded was that I was in a tremendous rush to get the goods due to a trip and had no other way to do it. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH EBATTS AGAIN. Furthermore, I asked them to destroy the documents I sent, for the obvious reason that I will not buy from them again and it took a couple of e-mails back-and-forth to have this done.
