Ebatts without a doubt is the very best site for on line battery and accessory purchases. site was very easy use and when entering payment options it was straight forward. ie because a lot of places give you to many options such as Paypal first and then credit card useage second. I don't use paypal anymore and wasn't directed to use it. Prices were the cheapest to. Thanks Bill |

This was my first order so I was not as quick to respond to prompts as I would be the next time I order. My order was to be shipped the next day and there was no shipping charge. What more could you ask for. Will be ordering again real soon. |

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER NOR HAVE I HAD AN EMAIL FROM THEM SAYING THEY HAD SHIPPED MY ORDER. NO WORD OF WHEN IT SHIPPED. NO ANSWER ABOUT MY COUPON CODE 15% OFF. I was extremely disappointed that they did not honor my coupon code! I tried to order this same item one month ago with the coupon code they advertised CJB2S for 15% off entire order. When I type in the code at check out it says invalid coupon #. I was upset since I had a large order & sent an email. I never recieved and answer. So I tried it again this payday and got the same response. I cut my order down to just one item that I desparately need but I'm still angry. They should take that coupon code off or give us one that works. |

Being a first time customer, it was relatively easy to access the variety of batteries, also shopping and checkout procedures were very easy to navigate. Making a password somewhat confusing, I remember clicking on a button to have a password sent to my E-mail yet I created a password to open and account with you ; unless this was only temporary, and when I check my E-mail It will need to be changed. Otherwise I found it very expedient in purchasing my order, however i didn't see anything about shipping and receiving costs until I had checkout out and put un my credit card number. |

Strange pricing!!! While placing order price was about 1/2 of the price quoted. Couldn't log in so came back later and the price went back up to the quoted price!! Very bizarre!!! |
