They shipped the wrong product. After TRYING to call them, I had to email them due to them NEVER answering their phone. Well, the item was supposedly not available, and they would have to give me my money back. It took WEEKS to get the money back. This is a bait and switch operation. Low price, unbelievably low, and then when they ship a inferior product out, they hope to get a percentage to not deal with their bureaucracy to get their money back. STAY AWAY! Retailer Response (09/15/2009): Thank you for reviewing Ebyte.com and as promised we have refunded your shipping charges. We would like to respond to your inaccurate comments with a reassurance to our customers that we stand behind our orders 100%. This customer did receive the item number that he ordered, we accepted the return and processed it within 10 business days. Again, we refunded the customer\'s shipping costs as well as his costs to return the item. Our agents spoke with this customer on several occasions and did our best to satisfy his demands. This customer was extremely rude and has continued to make false and economically damaging comments online. I wanted to opt for a faster delivery but I see a way to quickly find options for shipping prices and delivery days so I just went for standard delivery. It did say my item was in stock but that my order may be delayed because I have different billing and shipping addresses.
