Given a lame excuse about the database placing the cost for a different item on the page with the item that I ordered, and that the item was not in stock. I found this item at the listed price on Google. This must have been a problem for a while, or it would not have been indexed by Google. eByte did not honor the price on their site. It took about 3 weeks from when I reported it until I actually received my money back. He blamed it on the distributer (which I believe). The CEO tried to remedy the situation, but the part I needed was rare, so there wasn't much he could do. Even though I had a bad experience, I would order from them again due to their professional manner handling the situation	Overall Rating
