I have NEVER received the merchandise!!! I have tried to contact the supplier and tried to contact by telephone & NOT received a returned phone call. The information read states the merchandise is shipped within 2-3 business days. It has been over 3 weeks and I have NOT received any kind of correspondence. This is POOR business. Maybe the Better Business Bureau needs to be made aware of events such of this; as well as the Attorney General's Office. |

This in one of 2 places that I finally found the discpainter I have looked online for all day. I am thrilled they have it! It was easy to order and hopefully they will have the item I want still 'in stock'. I do personal shopping for some local businesses. This was such a great find!! |

I ordered my product ten days ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. At this rate, I have no idea when I'll actually receive this item and I need it soon. It wasn't a rush order but a ten-day delay in even initiating the shipping is ridiculous. |

I was very impressed with the help that I got as new customer I need it to know if an item was in stock for an over night delivery the person that was handling the questing was very efficient and helpful not only check for availability but reserve one for me until my order was completed very nice I felt I was doing business with some I know for a long time Thank you order was place 10-22-09 |

Seems good so far when I ordered the product.
But now, I would never do business with them again! They shipped the wrong product. After TRYING to call them, I had to email them due to them NEVER answering their phone.
Well, the item was supposedly not available, and they would have to give me my money back. It took WEEKS to get the money back.
This is a bait and switch operation. Low price, unbelievably low, and then when they ship a inferior product out, they hope to get a percentage to not deal with their bureaucracy to get their money back. STAY AWAY! Retailer Response (09/15/2009): Thank you for reviewing Ebyte.com and as promised we have refunded your shipping charges. We would like to respond to your inaccurate comments with a reassurance to our customers that we stand behind our orders 100%. This customer did receive the item number that he ordered, we accepted the return and processed it within 10 business days. Again, we refunded the customer's shipping costs as well as his costs to return the item. Our agents spoke with this customer on several occasions and did our best to satisfy his demands. This customer was extremely rude and has continued to make false and economically damaging comments online. We welcome any potential customer reading this review to make a purchase from Ebyte.com and experience our great service. |
