They had the lowest price for the particular item I have purchased listed by a long shot. As it turned out they made a mistake and the price was a typo yet they still honored it and shipped me the product, no questions asked (the price went up substantially afterwards). They called and verified the shipping address as it was different from the billing address but everything was A-OK.	Overall Rating

It took about 3 weeks from when I reported it until I actually received my money back. He blamed it on the distributer (which I believe). The CEO tried to remedy the situation, but the part I needed was rare, so there wasn't much he could do. Even though I had a bad experience, I would order from them again due to their professional manner handling the situation	Overall Rating

Given a lame excuse about the database placing the cost for a different item on the page with the item that I ordered, and that the item was not in stock. I found this item at the listed price on Google. This must have been a problem for a while, or it would not have been indexed by Google. eByte did not honor the price on their site.
