Email is the only way to contact after an order is placed. FIve minutes later I emailed ecampus about an address correction, They told me the book was shipped out of their warehouse already !!!! the book was not shipped for days since I have the UPS tracking number. They lied. I notified UPS they told me ECAMPUS needs to speak to them. Ecampus customer service DOES NOT EXIST. PLEASE SAVE your money and aggrivation and go to an HONEST MERCHANT. TRY AMAZON who has customer service and never put me through the run around like ECAMPUS. They are not worth the VIP memebership that I paid for . Please buy your books elsewhere I know I will.
