The web site is easy to use, and the checkout process was simple and quick. Then it just kind of fell apart. The only option I had for shipping, since I live in HI, was 2-day for $30. I ordered on Sunday and got notification that the order shipped the following day. Long story short, it didn't arrive until the following Tuesday (!). Customer service promised twice to return my calls and never did. I had to keep calling to follow up on the whereabouts of the order. Very frustrating experience. That said, the bag is gorgeous. I examined it against one that I have which I know is authentic, and I'm sure this one is too. Worth the wait, if only I had known ahead of time there would be a wait and didn't have to pay for express shipping (which I'm told will be refunded to me; it has not happened yet). |

I observed prada Bag carefully. it would be a imitation. the grip's sewing was terrible. and leather status was awful. how could you sell the item as a fucking condition? I never buy Edesignershop again. the resaon why i can't refund is the expensive internation delivery charge. you should act according to your conscience |

I had defected item, so I requested exchange. Exchange has been done, but until I haven't receive refund for return shipping cost as promised. Several emails and even phone calls, but still I haven't received refund yet. Except this product quality was so good and also price is amazing |
