Easy to use shopping interface. Search mechanism works well. We would appreciate more information on products; some had little information and were even missing pictures of the items. Also, it would be helpful to have product review incorporated into site. |

Great selection of hard to find bulk organic spices, herbs, etc. Prompt shipping. Very fast, helpful customer service (when I couldn't find a product that was temporarily out of stock, they responded within an hour with a link to a page where the product could be found). |

This is one of my favorite merchants. I've ordered $1000s from this site and never had a single error at any step in the transaction. Edible also has the best selection of herbs of any herb reseller on the net, and better than most 2nd parties/sourcers. Very competitive shipping rates, especially if you consolidate multiple orders, and good prices. |
