They took 51$ immediately off my credit card. I then received this message: Thank you for your recent order with Efetcher, Inc. To ensure compatibility, we will need your EXACT COMPUTER MODEL NUMBER. Be advised, we will not be able to ship these out until we receive your reply. I replied immediately giving my laptop model number and I never heard anything again despite several emails. In view of Mr Pascal's similarly negative review earlier this year I can only assume this company is a bunch of 'con' artists. I am owed 50$. Ed Dennis	Overall Rating

I answer as soon as possible my computer model number. Since I did not receive anything : no memory, no reply to any emails and no reply to any messages left on their site. Im seriusly thinking they are just a fake company, because they dont answer the phone nor the 5 emails I have sent them. I bought 2 memory rams on $186... They charged it quickly on my credit card, and then forget about me... they are "prosessing" it since then.. I want to change the adress, but can't do if they dont give any singal... The worst costumer service ever! Retailer Response (08/17/2007): We never charged the card and our credit department did not approve the order because bill to address did not match the address listed with credit card company. (the part supplied doesn't fit the Dell computer Efetcher claims it will fit. I sent them a photo of the dell ram memory slot and the chip that they supplied proving that: A. My order was shipped incorrectly, the item that they shipped wouldn't fit into the computer they claimed it woould. (They claimed that I ordered a chip for a Dell Ispiron 2200, not an HP zd 7020 US and that's what they shipped to me. My neighbor has a Dell Ispiron 2200 and offered to buy the chip rather than my returning it. The item I received was not the correct ram for a Dell Ispiron 2200. It took four day for them to issue a return authorization (Custome Service never answers their phone) just voice mail taking a day or more to return your call. I am now being charged a 20% restocking fee for their mistake. LOW PRICEs, FREE SHIPPING, etc IS NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF, THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY ON RESTOCKING FEES. No reply to five emails I wrote to them and no reply to the message left on their site. I would never make another purchase from efetcher and will be happy if I get my money back. Retailer Response (08/17/2007): We do not ship to SERBIA AND MONTENEGRO. We have no way of verifying customer credit card information. As of this writing their site still indicated "Processing"- Three (3) emails to them have gone unanswered. Would suggest yo think twice before ordereing from this firm. In addition, the item received was REFURBISHED or USED, none of which was expressed in the posting. Original manufacturer's name was cut off the label and replaced with an "e-fetcher" sticker. Not a lot of room for customer confidence. After placing order, company contacted me to see if I knew what I had ordered and had ordered the right thing. Retailer Response (06/21/2007): We did not drop ship the product and all our products have Efetcher label and serial numbers. Customer thinks becuase we had our label on it so the product is used.
