It comes in a sandwich baggie..no Info,no warranty card?? A few bucks more and I could have gotten it at many other places with the "Entire Package". I will NEVER buy from these people even though at the bottom of the page it says it does not come with the earbuds.I just expected the device to be New in package but it DOES NOT come in a package. I have no choice but to keep it or pay restocking fee.I have a choice to NOT ever buy there again! BuyDig.com will be my source as I have bought there and trust them.Tom	Overall Rating

I was told via e-mail that there'd be a 15% restock fee--which didn't agree with the website policy of full refund in 30 days. E-mail response to my objection concurred that I was correct on full refund policy. Sent the headset back and got a refund that was almost 30% below the amount charged. No response to followup e-mail. Website also prominently advertises FREE SHIPPING on all products. And invoice/receipt showed no shipping charges (I did pay the $2.90 for 'insurance'). So shipping/handling cannot be used as an excuse for sub-100% refund. And I likely spent 3-4X as much sending it back properly packaged via Fedex. The website also now advertises a 'recertified' same-brand/model headset (Blueant q1) at a price about 50% higher than the unit I bought--which is still advertised. One wonders what the lower priced unit is.	Overall Rating

I read all the reviews after I already ordered, so you can imagine how I felt. I do have to say, the overall experience was great! The price was cheap, the shipping was speedy, the headset was new. The only thing that was missing was the manual, when I called I spoke to Jay. He mailed me a new manual overnight and walked me through the pairing process. It was actually nice that someone picked up the phone. With other companies I have had trouble, but not the case here. I can't speak for these other reviews, maybe the company has new staff or something now, but it was pleasure doing business with them and I would do business with them again. I ordered a replacement Sony screen for my phone on ebay... it did not work... they sent me to the Sony site to try to get a refund. Sony would not do it. They gave me the run around for days... still no refund even though item has been returned. Guy I emailed said he was out of town and could not do it until next week.... he was the only one that checked the mail. I will be lucky to get a refund. should have read all these reviews first!!!!!! No customer service!!!!!	Overall Rating

Upon connecting it to the device it displayed colored lines like many other broken screen I have seen. I called and they sent a replacement right away. When i received the replacement for the used/broken original they sent I found that they had sent me a unit that had the connector ribbon severed half way through, this unit obviously did not function either. Very disappointing in the quality of the products, buyer beware.	Overall Rating
