I had some problems checking out, a website error as I understand. I called the number and CS was excellent. They confirmed the error on the site, took my contact info and called me back in less than 30 minutes to tell me all should work now. It did, checkout was effortless, quick, great. It's great to know that if you encounter problems, there is someone out there ready to help. Thank you very much, I will shop with you again. UPDATE: The speakers arrived within 4 days. After 13 days, shipping info indicated order was still "in process" Attempts to email this vendor were unsuccessful, they would not answer. I cancelled the order via email and they responded and said they cancelled the order and would REFUND MY PURCHASE PRICE. They had charged my credit card even though they had not shipped or answered AFTER 13 DAYS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Retailer Response (08/17/2009): I DEEPLY APOLOGIZE FOR THIS SITUATION.THE ITEM WAS INDEED IN STOCK BUT NOT THE COLOR HE REQUESTED. THE MANUFACTURER PROMISED ME A NEW SHIPMENT WITHIN DAYS BUT THEY DID NOT YES I DID NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL FOR I SPOKE WITH MY CUSTOMER DAILY IN REGARDS TO THIS VIA PHONE SO ONCE AGAIN ELECTRAWAREHOUSE DOES APOLOGIZE FOR THIS MISHAP AND WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT UP FOR IF ALLOWED. Retailer Response (07/22/2009): Unfortunately, the customer was unable to read the details of the product that was ordered. Beside the picture of the item is the list that contains the Brand, Model #, Product #, Condition, Warranty and Availability. The item clearly stated that it was Factory Reconditioned with a 90 Day Warranty. All Brand New items have a 1 Year Warranty.	Overall Rating

I had a party recently and ordered my DJ lights and other equipment from them. Customer service even gave me tips on how to operate and create a great party mood using the Chauvet and Mr. DJ equipment that I ordered. On my next purchase from this store, I bought subwoofers, speakers and a navigation system for my car. I got a good deal again from them. Their sales gave me advice on what brand offers the best audio quality for my budget. Plus, I received it in just a few days.
