Very bad experience. They strung me along for 2 months about a transfer switch being backordered. Several e-mails every 2 weeks for 2 months with reasons it was backordered which obviously were not true. Don't cancel the order they say because we are one of the first to get orders from manufacturer. Home Depot shipped the exact same transfer switch free of charge is less then 24 hours. Yes 1 day and it's on its way with free shipping. They have some nerve telling customers about backorder of switch. I needed this wired before I left for Florida and they had 2 months and could not supply transfer switch. I was told it would be shipped by 1/31/12 in email. Last email on 2/21/12 I was told it would be mid to end of March before being shipped. On 2/21/12 7pm I ordeded from Home Depot and it was shipped on 2/22/12 with tracking number. Also they don't allow negative reviews on their website. I have also read this on other sites. |

I called for help twice and they were also very helpful. It wasn't difficult to reach a human on the phone. I checked the price all around and they were as low as I could find |
