Your site confirmed my order, but did not give me a confirmation number. I also tried to expedite my shipment by changing the shipment to upgraded delivery even though you show this item as not currently available - No joy..... I am very happy with the item that I chose and understand that you do not have the item in stock currently, but was disappointed with not being able to upgrade shipping - even at my cost. Just venting here in Orlando - Charley made a mess of this place and now Frances is on the way...... That is my fault, not yours just venting!!!
