The only possible improvement would be webpage design....would also have liked a link to find out info regarding insurance...it required roundabout navigation to get to that info and wasn't as prominent as the other explanatory links. |

Easy connection from Google for item that I was looking to buy. Easy, staight forward ordering process. Learned later that item is backordered. They give 5 days to cancel order or face 25% penalty. Still awaiting ordr that may take 3-4 weeks |

Not that happy with the whole experience of buying here. Product is back ordered. Then I was told that I had to confirm my order that they had already taken payment from my Pay Pal account. Then I was told that it would be another 2 week for my product because I didn't call back to confirm a order that was already paid for. Bad business practices or Bad employee. You want all of these survey filled in and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PRODUCT YET. |

Handling fees are highway robbery, order 2 of the same and pay twice the cost of the product for each item...THEN... at the end of the process they throw in the shipping, and then they email you later and tell you that they cannot get the item(s) in less than one morth, possibly more |
