Spoke to Mark (who has the power!) and Sam on the delivery/customer service (Simon left a message initially very promptly). Gave me the confidence to cancell my order with another company and place the order with Electrical Discount UK, even though both companies are out of stock. I was impressed with the "email before the day and phone number of the delivery driver system". I am sure it will go smoothly. Delivery: did not get email but item delivered at 0850am, thats probably why no email. Waiting for another item, always friendly and informative when I called. |

Ordering seemed fairly simple. Sadly, an hour later I was rung to say it was not in stock and it would be dispatched by next day delivery to be with me on the 30th December. The 30th came and went and the product didn't arrive. When it eventually did arrive, about 10 days to two weeks after they said it would, the box and the item was damaged. I wish they'd just said it wasn't in stock in the first place and it would have saved a whole load of hassle. |
