I purchased the Hotpoint HTC6T for ?178. They took my order and email me with the order details etc. Nexts day, i got an order to tell me that this item is longer available. checked there website it had gone up to ?199.99 so i have re-ordered it at this price and now awaiting comfirmation. Very disapointed with that rhey can do such an under handed thing. |

I think it terrible practice that you attract customers based on price competitiveness by offering a discount code (eduk10) via the linked site but don't offer the discount at the point of sale on your website. |

I have used this site twice this week and have had no problem each time, on the second occassion I didn't place the order first time and I was sent an e mail offering me further discount codes although I already knew about them, I was just checking with Hotpoint what they charged for the 5 year extended guarantee, I then returned to the site to place the order so I would rate them as excellent and recommendto friends. |
