I have used this site twice this week and have had no problem each time, on the second occassion I didn't place the order first time and I was sent an e mail offering me further discount codes although I already knew about them, I was just checking with Hotpoint what they charged for the 5 year extended guarantee, I then returned to the site to place the order so I would rate them as excellent and recommendto friends. |

This is the second time I have used this company - not only is their website one of the easiest to navigate, the prices are by far the chepaest and deliver for most items is absolutely free. They also offer lots of discount vouchers, so value for money is esxcellent. On our first order, they rang to say they could deliver the following day - that was less than 48 hours after ordering. Well done. |

I will await final thoughts once delivery has been completed! I cancelled the order as the company telephoned to say the item was not in stock. I then ordered it elsewhere but to be fair Electrical Discount telephoned yesterday to inform me that the item was now in stock if I wished to reorder. I would certainly use them again. |
