Extremely helpful sales/support people. Great prices. Helped me confirm the motor I needed for my Condenser fan. I have never dealt with Air Conditioners before, and the gentlemen I talked to was very helpful in explaining what to do, and was willing to help (over the phone) with any installation problems once I received the parts. I placed my order online (after talking to them on the phone) at 10:30am, and my motor and capacitor was on my porch at 2:30pm the NEXT day, wih regular shipping!! My fan is now working great, and at hundreds of dollars less than a service call! I would certainly purchase from them again. |
