SO FAR REALLY EASY TRANSACTION. EASY TO USE WEBSITE. The delivery could not have been better. Phone call 2 days ahead, text day before with time and text 15 mins before men arrived. Unpacked cooker, checked and then re-packed as we are sending it abroad. Very effiient and helpful delivery service. |

What else is there to say, excellent all round. Cannot be beaten. easy as 1 2 3. I'll be asking PriceGrabber again that's for sure! Unfortunately no communication from Merchant for 8 working days. On my enquiry item not dispatched and display model only available. Rediculous discount offer refused. Item obtained elsewhere considerably cheaper. Item never arrived |

Very good site with efficient ordering system. But the notification or communication regarding arrangements for delivery were non-existent. I tried to get an answer from the website and they told me the suppliers would contact me to arrange delivery. I had no contact from the suppliers but they tried to deliver the goods, when I was out! Not very good. It would have been helpful if they had done as stated on the order site and contacted me to arrange a convenient day for delivery. Still it was then re-delivered the next day without any problems. So success finally. |
