(Edited April 30th by wwmsl00) Excellent website and professional service right with competitive pricing. All went well right up to the point when the wrong contact details were given to the courier. Subsequently the order was not delivered and I was expected to pay a £35 aborted delivery charge. After 2 days of chasing the customer service department I did not receive an apology, instead I was expected to pay for my fridge/freezer to be redelivered. After I had got the customer service manager to practically admit the error was on there side, company policy dictated I was still liable to the delivery charge. I cancelled my order and bought my goods elsewhere. Hard work, not recommended. |
