Paypal has informed me that the seller has not shipped or credited my account. Now paypal claims a resolution in 3 days, it's been 10. I will never use pricegrabber again because you do business with people like this, and there was no response to my earlier e-mail. Good luck with your business that doesn't assume any responsibility. I did not realize they were shipped separately, requiring an in person signature. (The tracking numbers were almost the same) As I was at work when delivery was attempted, I had to drive to the shipper to pick up the items. When I got there I was suprised to receive only 1 item. When I tried to contact seller I learned that there is another company that does business under the same name. That company has a phone number, this one does not. In this transaction the sellers name appeared 3 different ways, as Electronic online, V Thomas and PriceGrabber Storefront. It was difficult to figure out how to contact them but I did by email and they did reply. I did receive the 2 items I ordered but they arrived separately. I did not like the fact that it was not easy to contact the seller and that they had no phone number. They did have the BEST price on this item. Buyers may want to consider that the delivery may require an in person signature when they decide where to ship the item.	Overall Rating
