I ordered a sony s980 camera from this website, the price is cheaper than others, but it didn't be shipped until I wrote several emails to them and said if it wouldn't be shipped the next day, I would prefer to cancel it. It is said orders take 24-48 business hours to process and ship on the website, but it actually took 6 days to be shipped. |

Ordered a CDR player 2 weeks ago. Screen said it was in stock. Received a confirm email of my order. Fast forward 2 weeks. Nothing received. I called customer service. They said they needed to check and get back to me. I waited, and then after hearing nothing, called back later in the afternoon. They told me my order was cancelled as of that morning! Also, sorry - but they have no more units in stock. No email notice sent - nada. Customer service did not apologize and was slightly annoyed to be getting my call. Will not do business with them again. |

I ordered a camera from these folks, and because I needed it for an upcoming trip, I chose 2nd Day Air. Four days later, I receive the shipping notification saying it is coming Ground, and will take 12 days! I call them and they hang up on me / transfer me to no one / are unresponsive for 10 minutes while telling me to hold. Finally, they get back to me and try to say that I didn't pay for 2nd day, completely unable to do the simple math. The eventually refund me the difference in shipping (so that they don't charge me for a service not provided), but I still won't get my camera in time for my trip! TERRIBLE! Not worth the few bucks you save with them. And shipping for a camera is $10!! And there are scary reports on the internet of these guys tracking you down and being nasty when you write bad reviews. Hoping that doesn't happen to me. |

After searching for many months for our receiver we finally decided to buy it. Electronics Expo had the best price we could find. We could not order online and had to do it over the phone, as their site would not let us. I did find that the price in their sale ad was cheaper then online. They gave me the ad price and free shipping, it was a great deal. I would shop from them again if they had anything I was looking for. The comunication was good and they sent me a email to let me know when it was shipping. I did not get hassled to buy more than what I needed. Everything was easy. Thank you. |

Two TVs and counting now. The first one didn't show up for almost a week after it was supposed to show up and had screws in the packing that came from stripped screw holes. The second TV has an inch wide black streak through the center of the TV. Don't buy from these people. |

I ordered an Infinity TSS 3in1 speaker from Electronics Expo via Amazon.com and was assured in the listing that the item was missing only the speaker base and the Allen wrench. Unfortunately this did not turnout to be the case. It was an open box display item, which is fine. I dont mind scratch and dent items in the slightest and purchase them frequently. The speaker itself was in excellent condition. However the speaker bar comes with two methods of mounting: sitting on a speaker base and wall mounting bracket. The fact that the item was missing the speaker base and Allen wrench wasn't a problem for me because I was going to mount it to an articulating TV wallmount. Electronics Expo neglected to mention that the item was missing the wall bracket end caps and the wall mount cover. I emailed Electronics Expo three times and tried the live chat on their website but to no avail. Misrepresented item and non-responsive customer service? Sound familiar anybody? Huge.red.flag. Nuf said. |

The first time I tried to order, the site would not process the order, I tried to call but the recording said they were to busy to answer and to call back at another time. I placed the order 9-27-05 and will update this when the TV is received. |

Absolutely the worst. I ordered a blu-ray player and 2 cables. The blu-ray player had "free shipping". They wanted to charge $13.21 for shipping 2 little cables? I asked them to cancel the cables because I thought shipping was too high. They said they couldn't because they had already shipped. I got the player alone in one shipment and the shipping was on that bill of lading. 2 days later I received the cables and "free shipping" on the bill of lading. The BOL also stated that they were shipped 3 days AFTER I was told they had already shipped and 1 day AFTER the player shipped. I called to return the cables and complain that I had been misled and that I wanted to return the cables that weren't canceled as I asked because I was lied to, and to get credit for the "free" shipping on the player. I was promised a RMA, credit and a pre-paid trip back on the cables via email.That was a week ago. I have received no RMA, no credit, no return label, no email. Rotten - DO NOT USE THESE CREEPS |

Great experience overall. Best price, best service, first quality products. Bought a 63" Samsung plasma TV from their store in East Brunswick. Not only did they offer me an incredible price(much lower than Chain stores such as Best Buy) but also agreed to my condition that the TV will be inspected for zero dead pixels before store pickup. This is over and above the manufacturer quality levels. Hats off to Scott(Sales Rep) & Sam( Store Manager). |

I ordered my item through Amazon on 8/31/08 and the seller did not ship my item until 9/8/08. I listed my rating and comments and was promptly contacted by Bruno. He proceeded to state that he felt that my comments were incorrect and insisted that I send him my phone number. I advised that this would not happen and that there was nothing to discuss. Please note with this seller that they will NOT give you an accurate ship/delivery date and they will not contact you if your shipment is delayed. They will harass you if you say anything negative about their service and I would suggest staying as far away as possible. If you have a choice, I would recommend Electronic Express. They communicate regularly and ship quickly. |

I have had my credit card for over 35 years without a dispute until I ordered a Denon receiver from this clip joint. I ordered a Denon AVR-2307CI on Sunday over the internet and received a phone call from Steve trying to convince me to purchase the AVR-2308. I was on the phone for 1/2 hour trying to convince him that I had researched the receiver and was very happy with the 2307 and didn't want to spend the extra $200 for the 2308. I finally said enough is enough and he said the receiver would ship out in 5 days. I received the shipment and upon opening the carton was staring at a Denon 1908, a much cheaper receiver. I sent the wrong product back and asked for a credit. Here it is 25 days after ordering the product with no credit. A great number of emails and phone calls with no help at all. Customer service is non existent. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! |

An exceptional experience. The sales person was on top of it at the start. I knew what I wanted, and without acramony of relentless pitch he walked through the sale and shipping. An excellent value. I had foudd the price and thats what the product sold for again without acramony. I'll be back at Expos door and have aready recommended them to a co-worker. I'm totally pleased with Expo and my Sharp LC-52SE94U. It arrived in great condition and the delivery was spot on. I'll be back. |

I was looking for a 52" Television with a surround sound system after speaking to the professional salesperson from electronics he totally hooked me up and gave me a deal so sweet it is almost as good as my barbecue ribs on a hot summer day. He told me what "he could do for me" and totally delivered on his promises. Great job Expo! I will definately shop again and refer my friends to you! |

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - EXTREMELY CROOKED I started out thinking this company was going to be okay, but I was wrong. I purchased a HD Samsung camcorder from them via their website. Item showed as 'In Stock' and would ship within a couple of days. After waiting 2+ weeks and having not recieved the item as well as no emails showing the item had shipped, I called them to track it down. After multiple calls and none of the promised callbacks, I tried one more time and was told that the item was out of stock. I referred to their website saying it was and was told the website was wrong. They then told me it would be a couple more weeks and tried to talk me into something else. After posting on another ratings website, I got calls from them trying to get me to change my ratings and offering gift cards. I told them my review was honest and I wanted others to know my true experience. Now they are trying to pull that review from the other site. BAD COMPANY-STAY AWAY!!!!!! |

I kept getting false promises of the speakers being shipped. They are not worth ordering from. Update *** They will call you and offer gift certificates to change your review to a positive**** I told them to stop calling me (they would call and hang up multiple times a day) There is no way I am going to change a honest review. |

Electronics eXpo was the lowest price offered, so I was a bit wary. But they offered superior product information and service. They helped me track the purchase, it arrived in perfect shape, and the entire experience was excellent. I will definitely use them again! |

The price did change once the item was placed in the cart. It wasn't significant, the price was still lower than others. The ordering process was straight forward. Can't say much about the product until I recieve it, which should be 7-10 days. |

I received a call from a customer service rep after receiving the TV who apologized for the lack of electronic updates. I want to stress that the TV came looking brand new with no dead pixels, and I received the TV when I expected to receive it. It shipped exactly when they said it would, and when speaking with them, they knew exactly where my order was at all times. The rep stressed that they were aware of the online update issue and were working on it. If I order from them again, I am confident that they will handle the order as promised. |
