On the website they have not mentioned that the TIVO needs activation, and when I tried to return it, they refused to accept it. Giving excuses that its been opened.Bad business intentions from start. Customer service called and made amends and also apologized for earlier problems. Product will be sent back with re-stocking fee being charged.	Overall Rating

I ordered a 65 inch Mitsubishi WD 65-833 TV that did not work on delivery. When I called electronics Expo they told me I had to deal with the manufacturer. An official Mitsubishi repair man inspected the TV and told me that it was damaged beyond repair and that it was not a manufacturer issue. I made several calls to electronics Expo over a three-week period. They kept blowing me off and telling me to deal with the shipping company. Their employees were rude on the phone and I had to make about 15 phone calls before I recieved a refund six weeks later! Then I had to make 3 more phone calls to get the warranty they sold me refunded. They are the worst! Check the BBB website and you will find they have a unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business bureau.	Overall Rating

Finally I received my receiver. I recommend this site to anybody. I am 100% satisfied. And what is most important: they really care about their costomers' satisfaction.
