Home Theater System never shipped. Was told lost by seller, order never received by UPS. Filed claim with Amazon; no response from seller. Finally received refund from claim, over a month later. Unresponsive customer service in all departments. Promised refund by seller, but seller never followed through on their promise. Pay the extra money and order from a responsible seller or Amazon directly. |

Worst shopping experience ever. They sold me bad camera stating that it’s good one and also haven’t mentioned that they don’t have any return policy. They are cheaters. Don’t go with whatever opinion they give. I have gone to purchase Sony or Canon camera and they sold me cheep Samsung camera. I have seen worst customer service. They are very rude as well as helpless even though I have taken protection plan. Same camera was sold with $50 less price in 10 days on their website. I will not recommendation this shop to anyone. if you want to save your money. Please stay away from this shop !! |

(Edited July 09th by polkboy) I bought a Denon Receiver over the phone from Electronics Expo this week. The sales guy told me that he can get it out today itself and it will reach me around the mid of next week. He said "You will be receiving the UPS tracking number later today." I kept waiting to receive the UPS tracking number. Next day, I called and was told "It has not been shipped yet. The UPS tracking number will be sent to you the moment UPS pick it from our store." Next day morning, I called the Customer Service and I was told that the package has been shipped and they gave me the UPS tracking number over the phone. A couple of suggestions for Electronics-Expo (if they are reading this): -- Do not keep the customer waiting and send the shipment updates as soon as the package is picked. -- If you know that the package might not get shipped out the same day you promised at the time of buy, at least let the customer know. I will update this review once I receive the shipment. |

After speaking to the rep and much deliberation I bought a display unit from Electronic Expo. Prior to placing the order I was told the TC-P54G10 was in excellent shape. That it did NOT have a scratch on the screen. It not only has scratch on the screen but image burn-in that has not faded away as of yet. Stay away from this seller they don't respond to calls or e-mail after the initial sale. |

I originally placed the order through AMAZON.COM they took too long to actually pass the order to the company. I cancelled amazon's order and have now gone through Price Grabber. Transfer was seemless and order will be shipped in 2 business days. |

I ordered from Electronic Expo online and they failed to keep me up-to-date on the order status. After four days of waiting, I called them to find out they had still not shipped the item because they were waiting on its arrival themselves (it was marked as in-stock online). The person I spoke with was rude and tried giving me a 'run around' when I attempted to cancel my order. I explained that the order was time-sensitive (a birthday) and I needed to find another vendor who could provide me the item in a reasonable amount of time. He would not give me a confirmation order, but stated I "should receive cancellation notice via email in the next couple of days". Beware of this company...after I ordered from them I found many negative reviews online |

I was skeptical at first since I found Electronic Expo via a google search. After reading several reviews decided to take a chance since they were offering the camera I wanted (Canon Rebel T1i with lens kit) at the lowest price including shipping. I ordered late Friday afternoon, received the usual confirmation emails however, since my payment was processed via Amazon payments, the order number they gave did not pull up my order so I was naturally worried. I emailed EE directly and they promptly responded saying to use their order number which allowed me to find my order. There was no ship date specified so I inquired when the order would ship (via regular Fed ex) and they said it would take 1-2 days assuming everything was ok with payment. I received my camera in new condition with warranty paperwork etc. on Tuesday early afternoon. I'm very happy with the service provided and would order from Electronic Expo again. I hope my camera measures up as well over time. |

These guys are good. I always check their price online before buying any electronic item. Every week they have a lot of stuffs on sale, so make sure you sign up for their newsletter. They also sell stuffs on Amazon. Anyways, I bought a GPS unit from Electronic Expo, It was a good deal. They did a price match for me with another store. The warranty they offer is from a 3rd party company. Overall a very good dealer, you will get a lot of verity in their store and online as well and competitive price. |

I ordered some "open box" items from them on 12/02/09. I originally placed the order with "Rich" I think he was helpful.. I actually ordered a pair of Boston Acoustics HS460 home theater speakers. What I received in the mail were the Boston HS450's. no good! These retail normally for about $149 less each. Not what I ordered! Not to mention one came in with a red grill and one with a black. I probably could have looked pass the grills as a open box item but it was not disclosed to me either. I called and spoke with Bruno on the phone he assured me he would get back to me tomorrow and let me know how to rectify the issue. As the floor manager was gone for the day. I will keep you up to date on what happens from here. I hope this company makes good on this. |

I was ready to write a good review, but then saw the email which indicated the order was completed...and then cancelled as they were out of stock! The website indicated they were in stock upon ordering - excited about a good deal...excitement DASHED by an instant cancellation! NOT IMPRESSED with this website or the 'service' received! :( |

This order was a replacement for a Logitech Squeezebox I ordered and received back in September. The original box arrived very quickly. I used for 30 days, and it stopped working. I contacted Expo to replace it. They were incredibly nice, the replacement arrived within 2 weeks. I would definitely order from them again. |

From the very first get go, I spoke with the sales person, Rich and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I had no problem trusting Rich and Electronics-Expo from that point and ordered right away. The communication was perfect even after the order and all the way til I rec'd it to my door steps. I loved how smooth it all went. I found them by a chance and I wish I would have found them sooner. I give them 100% 5-STARS. I plan to keep them and just ordered another item.
