I finally gave up trying to edit and correct the situations and plan to call the company during their regular working hours. However, the site is nicely designed, information very easy to find, pleasant "attitude", altogether good. And the best price on the camera that I ordered, AND free shipping, AND a great deal on a memory card. Would check here first for any new purchase! This was actually the first 'big' purchace I have made online and felt compfortable with the price (which was the cheapest I had found)and the FREE shipping! I couldn't determine if my item was in stock from the web site, and had to use the 800 phone number to find out for sure that it was. The person I spoke to (Ron) was very friendly & helpful. This order is a XMAS gift so I have not opened the internal manufacturer's package. The external box was not damaged in any way but I won't know if the unit is working until it's opened on XMAS day. My e mail address would not take and then I had trouble with putting in my phone numbers.The only way I got them to work was to put my home number in both places. This was frustrating. Don't know about shipping promptness yet but shipping prices were reasonable and lower than other merchants I checked. Post-shipment: Shipping was prompt and the Teak Nostalgia Stereo arrived when expected; however, the CD tray was evidently jarred open during transit and would not close properly when the appropriate button was pushed. After about a twenty attempts and a firm push on the tray, it closed and the unit worked. Electronic eXpo (EE)might want to look at better taping/securing/protecting the CD tray into position for shipping future orders (the turntable lid and both cassette trays were secured and stayed in place during shipping - no problems there). Also, if the CD tray had not eventually closed and I had to ship it back to EE, I would have had a difficult time determining where to ship - an enclosed large sticker to include the shipping address and some enclo	Overall Rating
