I will not order from them again. Changing my order seemed like an impossible task to them. Completely incompetent. I finally cancelled my order, and will not buy from them in the future. |

(Edited May 23rd by BiGGuY53) Buyers beware. I placed an order online for a black Canon XSi and I had to call three times before they finally confirmed it. After several days, I noticed my order was still not processed. I contacted them again and they said that they had low stock and the order from Canon was pending. 7 to 10 days. I had to contact them again after ten days. They stated they received 100 cameras, but Canon sent the wrong color. All silver. I didn’t want the silver model, so it would take another 7 to 10 days. I waited another week and when I contacted them yet again, they said they had six cameras on rush from Canon, but they could not tell me when they would arrive. (Really!? They can’t track orders) It’s been nearly a month and I still don’t my order. I learned two very important lessons from this transaction: A) If the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. B) Don’t shop at Electronics Expo. Ever. I cancelled my order today. I hope they can do that right. |

Usually when I place an order through an online merchant, the order ships that day or by the next day. With Expo, it seemed to take several additional days, and it was not due to the product not being in stock, otherwise, I received a great price for a great product. |

A specific delivery date was discussed and guaranteed with salesman at time of purchase. Salesperson was called back three days before item was to be delivered, as per salesman's request because in his words "he might forget." Package was still not delivered on correct date. Excuses and apologies were abound, but were obviously rehearsed. Reimbursement for shipping fee or tangible reparation was not offered, and was refused when requested. The prices are the best I could find for the item, but the service was disappointing and extremely unprofessional. |

paid for my order immediately, waited 1 week, checked on order, still has not been processed. Waited another week, still not processed. Asked about the status, took 3 days for a response. Blamed it on they moved 3 weeks before I placed my order. Waited another week, order still has not been processed. Cancelled. Horrible experience, customer support people really did not care at all about me. |

I ordered a sony s980 camera from this website, the price is cheaper than others, but it didn't be shipped until I wrote several emails to them and said if it wouldn't be shipped the next day, I would prefer to cancel it. It is said orders take 24-48 business hours to process and ship on the website, but it actually took 6 days to be shipped. |

Ordered a CDR player 2 weeks ago. Screen said it was in stock. Received a confirm email of my order. Fast forward 2 weeks. Nothing received. I called customer service. They said they needed to check and get back to me. I waited, and then after hearing nothing, called back later in the afternoon. They told me my order was cancelled as of that morning! Also, sorry - but they have no more units in stock. No email notice sent - nada. Customer service did not apologize and was slightly annoyed to be getting my call. Will not do business with them again. |

I ordered a camera from these folks, and because I needed it for an upcoming trip, I chose 2nd Day Air. Four days later, I receive the shipping notification saying it is coming Ground, and will take 12 days! I call them and they hang up on me / transfer me to no one / are unresponsive for 10 minutes while telling me to hold. Finally, they get back to me and try to say that I didn't pay for 2nd day, completely unable to do the simple math. The eventually refund me the difference in shipping (so that they don't charge me for a service not provided), but I still won't get my camera in time for my trip! TERRIBLE! Not worth the few bucks you save with them. And shipping for a camera is $10!! And there are scary reports on the internet of these guys tracking you down and being nasty when you write bad reviews. Hoping that doesn't happen to me. |
